Installation Guidance: 1. Find the Correct Fuse Slot: Locate your car's fuse box, referring to the manual if needed. Open the fuse box and identify the correct fuse slot for your hardwire kit. If you need to find an ignition-switched fuse, insert the key, find the fuse that's not lit when the car is off, and test it by turning the car on to see if it lights up. For constant power, turn off the car, remove the key, and observe which fuse slots remain lit. 2. Connect the Red Wire: The hardwire kit comes with a 15A Mini type fuse. Plug the red wire fuse connector into the switched fuse box in the correct orientation. 3. Connect the Yellow Wire: Plug the yellow wire fuse connector into the hot fuse box in the correct orientation. 4. Ground the Hardwiring Kit: Slip the black wire (shaped like a C) under a metal bolt or screw in your vehicle, ensuring it's not attached to plastic parts.
